TOURNAMENT RULES
1. This is an individual angler tournament. Anglers Meeting is Friday, September 30th, 7pm at Jersey Hooker Outfitters, 2016 HWY 88, Brick, NJ. Attendance is NOT mandatory. Anglers may register for the tournament PRIOR to landing a fish to be weighed.Anglers must choose what division he or she wants to fish in prior to the start of the tournament.
2. There are 9 weekly drawings. Qualifying fish must be weighed in before 8.00 pm every Friday for the first 8 weeks of the tournament.The 9th week is a short week, weigh-ins for the 9th week take place on Wednesday November 30th before 8.pm.
3. Jersey Hooker Outfitters, 2016 HWY 88 Brick, New Jersey scales are open 6am-8pm daily. Fish MAY be weighed in at any CERTIFIED scale. ANY location, other than JHO must have a weighmaster sign-off, PLUS a witness signature AND a photo. Fish’s tail MUST be clipped in photo.
4. All participants must provide official number card any time they are weighing in a fish. Fish MUST be weighed within 24 hours of being caught. Anglers are responsible for weighing their own fish, NO designates. Only ONE fish may be weighed daily.
5. Catch and Release anglers must provide a photo with official tournament number, time and date. This photo must be brought in to Jersey Hooker Outfitters or emailed to

within 24 hours of being caught. The tournament board will not accept photos older than 24 hours on any day the scales are open. Released fish are ONLY eligible for MOST RELEASES Calcutta.
6. Striped Bass must be 28” to qualify and comply with NJ and federal regulations.
7. Weekly prizes will be available at JHO, 2016 HWY 88, Brick, NJ the Monday following the week ending Friday, 8pm scale closing. Anglers may pick up their weekly prizes AFTER 10a on Monday.
8. October Monthly prizes will be available at JHO, 2016 HWY 88, Brick, NJ on Monday, November 7, 2011 AFTER 10a.
9. November Monthly prizes will be available at the Award Ceremony on Sunday, December 4, 2011 AFTER 12p.
10. Overall and Calcutta prizes will be available at the Award Ceremony on Sunday, December 4, 2011 AFTER 12p.
11. Award Ceremony will take place at Jersey Hooker Outfitters, 2016 HWY 88 Brick, New Jersey, Sunday, December4, 2011 at 12 noon.
Any contestant winning $600.00 or more will be required to provide a Social Security number.
12. Tournament officials reserve the right to cut open or otherwise mark any entry after it has been weighed. Tournament officials reserve the right to authorize an acknowledged expert to examine any entry and to reject those entries not fully complying with tournament regulations. The decision of tournament officials is final. In the event of a tie, the fish weighed in FIRST will be declared the winner. Tournament officials reserve the right to photograph any entry and to use those photographs for publicity purposes. Any contestant found violating any of the rules and regulations of the tournament will be disqualified. NO protests will be heard.
13. First Annual Jersey Hooker Outfitters Fall Striped Bass Tournament reserves the right to cancel the tournament or modify any aspect of it at any time, for any reason.
